Dampbell Terms and Conditions – Malaysian Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to dampbell. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and dampbell ("Platform", "we", "us"). • Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once a match or round has started.

• Use of unauthorized automation software, bots, or third-party tools

In cases of closure due to fraud or serious violations, dampbell reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account. For closures not involving violations, any valid balance will be returned after the review is complete.

Dampbell provides its services "as is" without any express or implied warranty that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or service interruptions.

• Dampbell is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform, including losses resulting from temporary service disruptions.
• Dampbell is not responsible for the failure of third parties such as game software providers, financial institutions, or internet service providers that are beyond our control.
• Dampbell's maximum liability to any member in any case shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Dampbell reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
